My Beloveds,

Two thousand fourteen is going to be a big year. I'm ramping up for the release of my first book, The Belle Mar, in April 2015 and for the release of my first child. The launch party for Baby Bickham-Hanson will be in mid-October of this year; however, signed copies will unfortunately not be available.

I'm excited to share this blog with y'all and hope you'll check in every now and then. There's no telling what you'll find: beautiful poems by beautiful folks, publication updates, recipes, writer's block rants, teaching ideas, world travels - who knows? I'll save the baby pictures for my parents. I promise.

Stay cool (or warm, depending on where you are), and read something beautiful today.
